Drink more water, water, and WATER
Essential oil: cypress or peppermint
Wear cotton or wool socks with closed shoes
Leather shoes has more breathing room then plastic
Bathe with lukewarm water and antibacterial soap (Remember spots between toes)
Keep an eye out on fungal infection (Your feet should not be dry, patchy or red)
Give shoes 24 hours to air out between wear (Note: if odour doesn’t go away, discard the shoes)
