  • This will be good if you have diarrhea, upset or cramping stomach

4. Bananas

  • Alcohol draws water from body's cells. Going to the washroom will flush potassium down the toilet

5. Water, even better Coconut Water

  • Alcohol is a diuretic that can cause dehydration. Down a glass of water before bed, even after you wake up
