Ways to stop:
Lower sugar intake
Ditch red meat, dairy and alcohol
Avoid cold or raw food before your period
Cut out white bread, pasta, white rice
Mange your stress level (ex. Massage, Hot Bath, Naps, Yoga)
Herbs (ex. Dong Quai aka “female ginseng” or Bai Shao aka “white peony”..just to name a few)
Acupuncture with infrared heat lamp
